By all rights given the unpopularity with George Bush specifically and Republicans in general, whether fair or unfair, Barack should be up 15 points in the polls. Laura Ingraham summarizes the media and money advantage for Obama really well here

Now at the end of the day, it may very well be a landslide but I have to think there is a good portion of the American public who feel a bit skittish about handing over the keys to the kingdom to the unholy trinity of Obama, Pelosi and Reid. I know the young people and African Americans are really motivated in this election but I do know that people like me are equally motivated, motivated by a love of country as the way it is and motivated to keep it from becoming a socialist state. Unfortunately if Barack loses, I fear there will be riots and a feeling that the election was stolen or even worse that he wasn't chosen because he was black. This saddens me deeply as I honestly believe the opposite is true. I believe Barack got to this point and has so much fervent support in the black community and the white community because he is black, because America really wants to get beyond race. Unfortunately the Obama campaign and their surrrogates in the MSM has used the race card at nearly every opportunity. The opposite is true. I fear that McCain didn't use the Rev. Wright footage yelling "God Damn America!!!" because of racial sensitivity. It didn't matter, they call him a racist because of white guy terrorist Ayers

Just as the word rape has been denegrated to mean any time a woman has sex and regrets it afterword, racism thrown around carelessly loses its meaning. Do you remember that poll earlier in September that said that 30 % of Democrats are racist? The poll was only conducted of Dems. Not to defend my citizens on the other side of the ledger but the poll was bogus. It has the following question
Do you agree with one or more of the following : 1.) Blacks are lazy, 2.) Blacks are violent 3.) Blacks are largely responsible for their postion in life? If you answered yes to any one of those, you were a racist. I agree with #3 therefore I am a racist I guess. I think EVERYONE is mostly responsible for their place in life given the choices they have made. My mom always told me that we all are the sum product of the choices we have made until that point.
To sum this up, if Barack has to use the race card this much now when he isn't even President, it shows you how weak a candidate and how pathetic a President he will be.
