Their countries don't want them. For some reason, other countries' governments prefer their terrorists in Gitmo and not in their general population. Well good thing Gitmo will be gone and these people will be on Oprah hocking books or teaching at an American universities and plotting the destruction of the country. Come to think of it, it does sound a lot like William Ayers.
